Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for greeting clients and managing the reception area, client outreach, and appointment scheduling. In this role, it is important that you quickly and expertly assess the needs of job seekers and guide them through employment. This is a critical role in that you will be responsible for the first impression of the center, initial assessment of job seeker needs, overview of career center services, and directing the job seeker to the right service quickly.
Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
Education:Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field, and 2 years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:Current valid PR Driver's License category 4 required.
