Description
TheProgram Manager, NM Sound Stage reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
They are experienced individual contributors. While he/she does not manage NM staff, he/she manages large projects and outside vendors. He/she works directly with senior internal clients & reports to a Program Director or Director in support of key initiatives.
They are responsible for supporting their director and other Marketing team members within team/project objectives. They are experts in their specific discipline and understand how their specific skills contribute for maximum impact. They know current technology that is relevant to the position to optimize workflow and maximize output. They have strong communication skills, judgment and can lead multi-functional teams.
