  • Understands the vision, purpose and strategy of the business and how this creates and aligns with our HR strategy.

  • Participates in client business unit strategy planning and operational workshops and meetings to identify and plan for people-related integration opportunities.

  • Collaborates with client organization and HR colleagues to solve the most pressing strategic priorities of talent management.

  • Stays up to date on HR and industry-specific trends, issues, and challenges, applies this insight to HR and talent-related recommendations and solutions.

  • Establishes workforce analytics reports and dashboards to continually understand workforce trends and changes.

  • Integrates with workforce planning and extrapolates into future modeling to identify potential impacts and risks.

  • Operates as a strong collaborator and consultant, leveraging relationship skills and business expertise.

  • Provides solutions and recommendations to align, enable, and accelerate both short and long-term business/change objectives.

  • Collaborates with executive leadership to drive the advancement of HR talent management initiatives.

  • Works closely with senior executives to craft and implement HR talent management strategies in harmony with overarching business objectives, facilitating organizational growth and prosperity.

  • Pioneers innovative and holistic HR talent management practices to address critical business challenges, including designing and developing talent management programs and tools.

  • Facilitates forward-looking discussions on talent development and organizational culture.

  • Serves as a collaborative problem-solving partner to both the business and HR.

  • Leverages data, analytics, benchmarking, and industry knowledge to inform and enhance business recommendation

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in human resources, business, social science, or related field required, or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum 8 years of HR management, with at least 4 years as an HRBP supporting business / operational leadership.

  • Strong executive presence, professional client service manner, and ability to interact with all levels of management and stakeholder groups.

  • Strong consultative approach, excellent strategic thinking and project management skills, and experience in talent management

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of operations, vision and strategy, and financial impacts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to analyze workforce data and draw insights.

Salary Range:

$79.67 - $119.51 USD Hourly
