Summary
Position Summary

The House Supervisor assumes clinical and administrative responsibility for the hospital during specific hours assigned. As the senior manager on duty, the House Supervisor allocates resources of the hospital and directs the care of patients as an extension of the senior executive staff and safety officer and in a manner consistent with the hospital mission, strategic plans, and philosophy.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

License/Certifications: Licensed as a registered professional nurse by the Maine State Board of Nursing. ANA certification as an RNC desirable.

Experience: 5+ years acute care psychiatric nursing preferred. 1+ year of medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.
