POSITION

Allspring Global Investments Client Journey Management Technology Team is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer. The successful candidate must have proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, marketing automation, and email development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology team members to understand technical requirements for marketing automation initiatives.
• Design and develop Marketing Cloud solutions using the most up to date SFMC tools and technologies.
• Implement and configure Marketing Cloud automation journeys, email campaigns, landing pages, and personalized content.
• Develop and maintain data integrations between Marketing Cloud and other interconnected systems like Salesforce CRM, Optimizely DXP CMS system, internal databases, or third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Optimize and improve the performance of marketing campaigns through A/B testing, personalization, and journey optimization.
• Stay up to date with the latest Marketing Cloud releases, features, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the marketing team, ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in marketing automation strategies.
• Provide on-call support based on a rotation model with others members of the engineering team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience working within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform on a development level well versed with Journey Builder, Email Template creation, Contact Builder, Analytics Builder, Content Builder, Marketing Connector
• 3+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform working with Lightning, APEX coding, flows and Financial Services Cloud
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SSIS, AmpScript
• Experience with database management and SQL
• Advance knowledge of email marketing, mobile marketing, and customer journey mapping.
• Experience with CRM and CMS systems, data analytics tools and integrations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
