Available Opportunities

Architectural Intern:

As an Architectural Intern, you will have the chance to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced licensed architects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in basic architectural assignments under the direction of an experienced architect.
  • Learning and applying building codes and standards to projects.
  • Compiling and organizing drawing sets and deliverables
  • Coordinating and executing small projects or limited portions of larger projects
  • Developing architectural design skills through mentorship and oversight by senior staff.
  • Producing drawings for small-sized projects with supervision.
  • Selecting materials, finishes, and systems
  • Reviewing submittals and responding to RFIs under guidance.

Qualifications:

  • A professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 0-3 years of experience in the field.
  • Strong time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent team dynamics and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in architectural software and standard firm tools.

Architects & Design Professionals:

Responsibilities:

  • Showcase your expertise by handling all conventional aspects of architecture assignments or specific limited portions of projects.
  • Apply building codes and standards in line with the complexity of each project.
  • Take charge of executing and coordinating projects from inception to successful completion.
  • Demonstrate your flair for writing narratives, reports, assessments, and other written work. Depending on your skill set level, you will receive assistance from our team to ensure top-notch quality.
  • Bring your creativity to life by producing detailed drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and schedules for various projects.
  • Enhance project efficiency by modifying and developing standard details.
  • Collaborate with our team to review submittals and respond to RFIs, ensuring compliance and smooth project execution.
  • Embrace team leadership responsibilities as the main contact for engineers and consultants.

Qualifications:

  • For licensed Architects: A valid architectural license in applicable state.
  • For unlicensed Architects: A degree in architecture or related field and a passion for the profession.
  • 3+ years of experience in various architectural projects.
  • Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills.
