This role will support Microsoft Federal's Government High Security clearance programs, driving transactional enablement and process optimization for these highly strategic contractual vehicles. In addition to end-to-end process design and continuous improvement, this role is also responsible for implementation of AI and process automation solutions, where applicable. The candidate will be supporting the business to influence program, policy, and process enhancements to drive optimization across Operations. The Implementation & Process Manager will be accountable for the ongoing tracking of business benefits. Also exhibit outstanding organizational, planning, project management, communication, judgement, and negotiation skills, using data and analytics to drive performance insights and improvements and has a customer and compliance focus. ResponsibilitiesImplementation ManagementPartner with Federal Launch team to drive requirements, process design and framework for process, tools and contracts across Microsoft Federal's volume licensing, services, and modern businesses.Provide direct project support and process management expertise to drive successful launches and transact-ready implementation for Federal OperationsConsult on compliance and risk requirements to ensure US Government compliance and data governance.Lead transition of work post Go-Live from hypercare to Run integration into vendor manage serviceLead launch stakeholders and resources across end to end implementation and facilitate operations workstream meetings.Identifying process gaps and opportunities for optimization across Microsoft Federal's operational processes and implementing corresponding solutions to drive efficiencies and ability to scale.Understanding business needs and determining how those can best be met via our transactional tools and processes. Process Design and ImprovementCurate in-depth understanding of end-to-end Process Area, its performance, pain points and issues.Engagement, alignment, optimization & governance of x- Microsoft teams engaged in process.Performance Measurement: Monitor and report end to end process performance, health, improvement scorecard with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes (effectiveness, efficiency, % process documented, cost, capacity, productivity, quality, and return on investment (ROI).Compliance: Develop proactive monitoring and controls measuring process rigor, compliance, and quality.Researches, analyzes, and recommends improvements to the organization's business processes to improve overall organization performance.Build and scale processes and capabilities to enable future growth of Government programs, strategic partnerships, and new business models.Drive processimprovement andseek opportunities to increase agility by identifying future needs for automated processes, services, and solutions to drive business simplificationSuccessfully delivering the implementation of new launches (Product, Programs, Services, Business Models, etc.) on behalf of Federal Operations.Other Embody our culture and values
