Position Summary
The Director of Perioperative Services is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for assigned departments by defining quality patient care at department level, managing fiscal resources, promoting services of the division, directing daily operations, assuring operational efficiency, and developing/managing teams and individuals. The Director maintains effective business relationships and supports collaboration within Patient Services and among other divisions and disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes, provide exceptional customer service, and participate in efforts to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration; Master's degree preferred
- Eight (8) years of perioperative experience
- Five (5) years progressive leadership experience in perioperative services

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $138,341.00 - $200,949.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
