About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking an Adobe Analytics expert on tool administration, data analysis strategy and dashboard management for a major automotive client located in Philadelphia. You will be a key player in performing assessment to understand existing landscape and setup for our client. Our client is an American automotive aftermarket service chain, providing name-brand tires, automotive maintenance and repair, and fleet maintenance and repair to customers across the United States. This role is fully remote out of India, with the ability to support 4 hours in EST overlap.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    The initial engagement is predominantly for performing assessment to understand existing landscape and setup.
  • Utilize Adobe Analytics to perform in-depth data analysis on various aspects of e-commerce platforms, including website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and product performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable data analysis strategies.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor e-commerce performance.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of website changes and marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in Adobe Analytics Administration and tab management Implementation.
Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  • 9+ overall experience

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

  • Proven experience with minimum 5 years on Adobe Analytics platform, including proficiency in data extraction, segmentation, and visualization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing analytics is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in dashboarding and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
