Job Description
  • Assist in guiding multiple teams across all Program Offices through the acquisition lifecycle by mentoring, advising, leading training workshops, reviewing documents, staffing documentation, scheduling meetings with senior leadership, and facilitating communication support in the formulation of acquisition strategy/plans and in the review of requirements documents across SSC programs
  • Mentor, advise, lead training workshops, review documents, staff documentation, schedule meetings, and facilitate communication
  • Support in the formulation of acquisition strategy/plans and review of requirements across SSC programs
  • Ensure compliance with DOD and Air Force best practices in Program Office teams' requirements and documentation
  • Support various acquisition events such as Go-Ahead, ESIS-Prep, ESIS, ASRB, Pre-ASP/OT Plan, ASP/ASD, SRB, RFP, RFP Release, and Hot Washes
  • Develop and improve training workshops for Program Offices, including scenario-based workshops
  • Provide guidance on source selection documents and assist in the development of selection tools, procedures, and processes including but not limited to Source Selection Plans (SSP), Initial Evaluation Briefing, Comparative Analysis Report, Source Selection Decision Document, Evaluation Notices, Final Proposal Revision, etc.) IAW FAR, DoD, AF Instructions, and SSC policies.
  • Educate source selection teams on procedures, processes, and use of source selection tools; Prior experience with the development of these documents is required.
Job Requirements

Minimum/General Experience: 3-10 years experience required

Required Education: BA/BS Degree

Clearance: TS/SCI

Salary information below is a general guide only. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as business and market considerations.

Salary Range:$160,000-$180,000

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands This is largely a sedentary role mostly sitting; however, some filing maybe required . This would require the ability to move files, or boxes with file data, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary, ability to lift up to 40lbs.
Mental Demands: Reading; communicate effectively (verbal and written); maintain emotional control and professionalism.
