• Prepare estimates for opportunities valued up to $2,000,000
• Review & finalize estimates/budgets against new project order documentation (e.g. Purchase Order/Contract/Final Proposal)
• Prepare e-documents for order entry
• Enter project budget & resources into database
• Prepare or assist with creation of Revenue Milestones
• Create & enter forecast projects for capacity planning
• Support project managers with the budgeting of change orders
• Update project budgets throughout the life cycle of the project as required
• Write RFQ's/SOW's for obtaining subcontract quotes
• Exercise due diligence, clarify, minimize risk & resolve issues of assigned opportunities
• Support processes and documentation requirements as required

• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Detail oriented, analytical, & critical thinking skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Proficient in Excel
• Ability to read & comprehend construction drawings, specifications and technical documents
• Experience: 2-4 years estimating experience, writing scopes of work for the purpose of obtaining subcontract quotes

• Experience with ERP data bases, especially CloudSuite Industrial
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or similar
