Our team is at the heart of our mergers and acquisitions, ensuring the seamless integration of new talent and maintaining the core values that make Worldpay a great place to work.What You Will Be Doing:As a People & Culture M&A Leader, you will participate on a cross-functional team that is responsible for assessing opportunities related to mergers and acquisitions. This role is crucial in informing the overall M&A evaluation team of the potential people related impacts of the deal. Specifically, you will:
  • Lead the HR due diligence and integration process for mergers and acquisitions. This includes compensation, benefits, HR compliance, labor relations, HR communications, operations and technology, talent and culture.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure a smooth transition for all employees.
  • Advise on best practices for integration or harmonization of HR policies and compliance.
  • Assess and advise on strategies for integration.
  • Identify and quantify transaction risks and opportunities.
  • Assess and ensure compliance with local regulations and third party groups (e.g. works councils) where needed.
  • Plan for Day 1 activities.
  • Support change management initiatives to maintain high levels of employee engagement and retention.
  • Measure the success of M&A activities and adjust strategies to support Worldpay's vision.
What You Bring:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in global mergers and acquisitions from an HR perspective.
  • Deep knowledge of global benefits/compensation plans and M&A regulations.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • A deep understanding of global HR policies, employment law, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $171,910.00 - $288,820.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
