What We Need:

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager (Sales Training Manager) to join our Healthcare & People Solutions team, this position will be based out of either our Manheim, PA or Salt Lake City, UT office. The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and sustaining training and development initiatives within the business unit. This role is pivotal for driving employee engagement, talent development, high-performing teams, and process efficiencies to ensure our customers receive an unrivaled experience. The ideal candidate will design, coordinate, deliver, maintain, and evaluate all new hires, continuous learning, and development training, covering systems, selling skills, products, procedures, and processes in group, individual, and web-based settings. Additionally, they will develop and administer creative learning tools and job aids using needs assessments and skill level analysis.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop, coordinate, and administer new hire training and talent development to ensure employee success and performance. Training includes, but is not limited to, product, process, procedure, and sales enablement systems (e.g., SF.com, Qlikview, MapAnything).
  • Develop, coordinate, and administer refresher training, continuous learning/development, and process improvements through various techniques, including call quality coaching, side-by-sides, learning tools, and job aids.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to drive continuous learning, high-performing teams, and change management.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on product roadmaps and support product training efforts.
  • Act as a resource for team members and both internal/external customers on product and process questions to ensure an unrivaled customer experience.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training experience, education, and/or organizational/talent development.
  • Proven track record of designing, coordinating, and administering creative training and talent development programs through various facilitation techniques.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining customized training programs with engaging learning tools, job aids, self-development, tests, etc., based on learners' needs.
  • Ability to recognize and adjust training to meet individual learning and motivational styles, ensuring participant success.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
