Position Summary | Under the general direction of the Associate Vice Chancellor of Information Technology the Director of Enterprise Services will be responsible foroverseeing the Production Services and Technical Services teams to ensure streamlined operations aligned with organizational objectives. Leading the planning and implementation of enterprise systems and policies, this role focuses on maximizing effectiveness, scalability, and service quality. By continuously assessing both existing and emerging technologies, the Director identifies opportunities to enhance business objectives and goals at the District and college levels. Responsibilities encompass a wide array of professional disciplines including Cloud and On-Premise Infrastructure, Networking, Storage, Server administration, Telecommunications, Unified Communications, IT Service Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Database Administration, PeopleSoft Configuration Management/System Administration, Computer Operations, Data Warehouse/Governance, and Cybersecurity. |
