General Purpose of Job
This position will be responsible for talent acquisition by identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization. Daily tasks will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to assisting with interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Education
Minimum | High School or GED | ||
Preferred | 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree | Major: | human resources, business administration or a related field |
Experience
Minimum | Two (2) years recent active recruitment experience using job boards, social media, and networking to attract candidates |
Preferred | Experience or similar work with an electric utility or related industry. |
Education and/or Experience Notes
Job related experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
