Job Description

Position Summary: The Wealth Management Receptionist serves as the initial contact for greeting customers via telephone calls and office visits for the Wealth Management Division. This professional answers questions, transfers calls to appropriate individuals and bank departments. They also efficiently process mail and assists others with various departmental needs. Requires pleasant professional customer service skills and focus on detail.

Part-Time (30 hours), Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
*Full Insurance Benefits Eligible & opportunity for hours to be between 30-40 hours per week.


Essential Functions:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in person, on the phone, and answering routine questions and requests.
  • Be the "welcoming face" of UBT Wealth Management
  • Receive and allow entry for all visitors to the building while contacting employee to come receive guest or show to appropriate conference room.
  • Manage all conference rooms, this includes keeping customer areas and conference rooms presentable and tidy.
  • Primary bank teller for the Pine Ridge building.
  • Manage the mail room for the building, including daily mail and faxes for Personal Trust Wealth Management (PTWM), physical and electronic.
  • Maintain office supply inventory for PTWM / Union Investment Management Group (UIMG).
  • Provide assistance to PTWM Specialists and Officers as needed.
  • Assist with scanning projects as needed.
  • Assist with Personal Trust mailings and marketing material.
  • Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws and regulations applicable to their role. Complete compliance training: follow internal processes and controls as required.
  • Report all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations in accordance with the steps defined in bank policies.
  • Performs other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma required.
  • 1- 2 years' experience as a receptionist and/or teller preferred.
  • Project a positive and professional image while helping internal and external customers by phone or in person.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and in working with other company software.

Working Environment:
Sedentary work lifting - occasionally lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
