RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to office and division goals and initiatives, and support the efforts to deepen existing relationships and maximize revenue, sales, and customer satisfaction within the office, while minimizing operational losses and customer attrition
  • Effectively assess the financial needs of customers and make an appropriate recommendation to fulfill the needs of the customer and offer prompt and professional resolutions to problems/issues
  • Promote sales within the office by demonstrating strong ability to sell and cross-sell the Bank's products and services in order to reach individual and team sales goals
  • Build successful working relationships with internal business partners seeking constructive peer feedback when appropriate
  • Effectively interact and build positive customer relationships complimented by strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Support multiple departments (cash management, commercial lending - credit analysts/loan assistants, Park Direct, trust & investments) with a variety of needs which may include appraisal ordering, credit inquiries, commercial deposit account opening and maintenance, digital solution needs, etc
  • Recognize the immediate need of the office throughout the day which may include welcoming guests and customers for appointments and meetings, assisting with the scheduling of and setting up conference rooms, maintaining appropriate office supply levels, and other office related duties as needed
  • Adhere to proper functioning of all day-to-day retail operations including, but not limited to: customer service, open and close procedures, proper balancing and cash handling procedures, transaction processing, wire transfer requests, support of daily vault & cash recycler duties, comply to the control of cash levels, and adequate supply of inventory, audit and compliance requirements
  • Additional duties as assigned as it relates to other lines of business this role supports
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • 2-4 years or more of banking experience required
  • Prior cash handling, sales or customer service experience preferred

SCHEDULE

Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. This position is hourly and full-time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status. Generally the position will require 40 hours per week. No weekends will be required for this role.
