POSITION SUMMARY

The Brand Compliance Agent will assist in the development and engagement of RealTruck online retailers, ensuring all sellers are authorized, under agreement, and in compliance of RealTruck policies. This position will police pricing and applicable policies for compliance and follow enforcement action procedures with non-complying retailers throughout all online selling channels. This role will maintain and enforce all auction-based sites (such as eBay), marketplace sites (such as Amazon), and known and unknown 3rd party direct retailer sites.

CORE FUNCTIONS

* Discover and eliminate Minimal Advertised Price (MAP) violations through various modes of communication. This includes manual monitoring of various websites, through the PROWL monitoring software, and reported violations from competing retailers.

* Maintain Online Retailer Contact Data and Authorizations/Proactively canvas selling platforms for retailers offering RealTruck products not currently under agreement.

* Review and authorize completed Retailer Info Forms and Agreements (Enter into PROWL, Salesforce, Link Sellers, and Document violations).

* Remain highly engaged with online pricing, promotions, and products across all RealTruck brands.

* Follow Corporate process of escalation on non-complying retailers including moving to Do Not Sell status.

* Maintain a distributor Do Not Sell list and ensure high level of communication of non-authorized retailers.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

* High school Diploma or GED required.

* 1-3 years of relevant experience required.

Required Licenses

* None.

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

* Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to draw and interpret graphs from PROWL.

* Solid understanding of eCommerce online shopping.

Travel

* Minimal travel is required.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Individual Contributor: working team member with no oversight of others and no management responsibilities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

* This position is subject to Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involved sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.

Physical Activities

* This position is subject to the following physical activities: talking, hearing, and the use of hands, wrists, or fingers in repetitive motions.

Visual Acuity

* The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.

Working Conditions

* This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
