CCBHC is an integrated community behavioral health model of care intended to provide integrated, evidence-based, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented and person-and-family-centered care. The CCBHC offers the full array of CCBHC-required mental health, substance use disorder (SUD) and primary care screening services. Director of Clinical Training will work in partnership with others to support the structured inter-disciplinary teams, within in a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) model, to provide services utilizing evidence based practices.

This position is available in 1 program: Child Abuse and Trauma Services

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the following duties:

  1. Work collaboratively with others as part of a structured inter-disciplinary team, within a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) model to provide clinical supervision.
  2. Ensure quality CCHBC service and high professional standards by demonstrating advanced clinical practice
  3. Provide clinical supervision and case consultation.
  4. Develop continuous learning environment.
  5. Disseminate and ensure fidelity in use of evidence-based practice.
  6. Develop staff and employees for success and high performance.
  7. Lead quality performance initiatives.
  8. Provide and develop ethical guidelines and experiences of staff.
  9. Work closely with agency programs and leadership to promote communication and staff knowledge and services to clients.
  10. Participate in agency activities and events, represent the agency internally and externally, and lead with integrity.
  11. Provide licensure supervision to staff within the program as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have Masters degree in social work/counseling psychology or related field.
  • Must be licensed or under supervision for licensure as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Oklahoma.
  • Must have ability to work with the public, ability to maintain an effective working relationship with agency employees, ability to maintain a professional manner at all times and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must obtain and carry cellular phone during working hours.
  • Must possess a driver's license and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
  • Requires ability to document activities, write reports, business correspondence and procedure manual.
  • Ability to effectively represent information and respond to questions from colleagues, clients, customers and the general public.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with colleagues, clients, client's families, public and third-party payer personnel.
