We Are Hiring:Psychotherapist - Bilingual Spanish/English

Join ProHealth Care as a Bilingual Psychotherapist and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families. As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you'll be a fully licensed, dually credentialed Masters level provider, delivering clinical behavioral health services and coordinating care across various programs within our organization.

What You'll Do:

Clinical Expertise: Utilize your expertise to work with children, adolescents, couples, and families, conducting clinical assessments of behavioral health conditions with a special emphasis on the Hispanic culture.

Supportive Environment: Establish a caring environment by providing emotional and psychological support to our diverse patient population, particularly those in the Hispanic community.

Community Engagement: Facilitate mental health presentations, participate in outreach activities, and collaborate with primary care providers to recognize, treat, and manage mental disorders and psychosocial problems efficiently.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records, documenting initial intake evaluations, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulations and standards.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, attending meetings and participating in Quality Improvement activities as required.

Qualifications:

Education: Master's Degree in social work, counseling, or psychology.

Licensure: Possess a license to practice in the state of Wisconsin (LCSW or LPC) with 3,000 hours post Master's Degree for third-party billing.

Certification: Meet state requirements for certification as a substance abuse counselor (SAC or CSAC) or possess Substance Abuse Specialty Authorization added to licensure.

Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish/English with extensive knowledge of Hispanic culture preferred.
