What you'll do:

SUMMARY:
The Technical Trainer position is responsible for developing and conducting technical training to support the evolution of technology and the needs of the customer for the company's various product lines including, but not limited to, chassis, motorhome chassis, and specialty vehicles.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform tool training as part of new hire orientation
Validation training with new hire in station
Develop and maintain a training matrix for current and future employees
Identify areas that require further training
Train employees on company processes
Develop and update standard work
Develop and maintain training aids
Train on instruction drawings
Understand and teach torque specifications
Solicit feedback from learners and build their constructive responses into training programs
Work with customer to ensure their active participation for internal and external training
Review course content, objectives, and testing expectations to ensure accuracy
Support the logistics for training activities including venue setup and equipment
Colloraborate with the maintenance department by maintaing in-house training facilities and equipment
Partner with leadership to facilitate training needs and requirements
Willing to have a flexible schedule to accommodate up to 3 shifts
Other tasks as assigned

What you need to be successful:

QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma or GED
* Combined 5 years' of quality, manufacturing, and technical training
* Proven knowledge of competency assessments
* Strong and consistent attention to detail
* Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task
* Versatile, flexible, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
* Creative and innovative team player
* Intermediate computer skills are required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

o Organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
