Job Title	Painter
Department	Maintenance
Supervisor	Project Manager
Job Objective	Under direction from the Painting Supervisor, paints and redecorates walls, woodwork, furniture, etc. Wall patching and drywall finishing, doors, ceilings, etc. Works under general supervision of Maintenance Supervisor.
FTE	Full time
Job Standards	1. High School Education or equivalent 2. Thorough knowledge of the use of paints, painting materials, wall patching, all types of wall coverings, staining, varnishing and all materials used for wall preparation. 3. One year of painting experience preferred. 4. Able to safely perform essential functions of the job without harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodation.
