Advanced Education in General Dentistry, UMKC School of Dentistry
The role of the AEGD Residency Coordinator exists to ensure patient service, necessary and timely communication with all stakeholders (patients, residents, residency director, Advanced Education Office), and the coordination/administration of the AEGD Residency Program. The residency coordinator's primary purpose is to facilitate a positive patient experience by managing appointments, addressing inquiries, facilitating treatment plans, and handling administrative tasks related to patient care and resident education. Ultimately, they play a crucial role in maintaining patient satisfaction, supporting residents and their progress, and the overall smooth operation of the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency program.
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
At least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is required. Prefer prior experience related to dental practice environment or dental education.
Anticipated starting salary between $18.00 - $20.00 per hour commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity.
This position is Full-Time (40 weekly hours) and benefit eligible.
