Position Details:

  • Part-time shifts available: 4-hour shifts from 9 AM to 1 PM
  • Flexible scheduling options, including 8-hour shifts
  • Competitive pay rate at $25 per hour

As an Office Coordinator, you'll tackle a variety of front-office administrative duties. This includes warmly greeting guests and internal customers, managing mail flow, organizing office supplies, handling repair requests and access badges, coordinating catering and conference room set-up for executive meetings, and assisting with special projects.
