Statement of Purpose
Provide operational support to Channel stakeholders including non-profit agencies, distribution partners, federal agencies, and internal partners.

Education
Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited university or college. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be acceptable.
Training and Specialized Knowledge
Strong organizational, analytical, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills required. Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, pay attention to details and thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Experience
- Three (3) to five (5) years of operational support experience, as well as resolution of customer support issues; working knowledge of related industry and business practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
Travel
Up to 10%
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage issue resolution and choose the best solution to solve problems with/between stakeholders.
- Manage the administrative and operational tasks as it relates to product data.
- Responsible for ensuring that accurate product information is provided by NPAs quarterly for new items launch and input into applicable programs.
- Demonstrate a high level of detail and accuracy skills in all work performed with minimal amount of supervision.
- Responsible for setting up products for channel partners and specification sheet preparation support to NPAs and NIB staff.
- Ensure changes to existing product information are updated in applicable programs, as required.
- Monitor channel partners product requirements and communicate potential implications to NPAs regarding non-compliance.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction and supervision; displays excellent time management skills and is capable of setting priorities in order to accomplish tasks in a highly accurate fashion and timely manner.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when engaging internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills are required.
- Support Channel team on ad-hoc projects.
