Location: Billerica, MA at the Middlesex Jail & House of Correction
Schedule: Full-Time, there are multiple openings for this position
Pay Rate: $26.44 per hour ($55,000 annually)

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education or closely related field required
- CADC or LADC preferred
The Counselor is responsible for:
- Monitoring offender compliance with all program and MSO rules and regulations
- Demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities and complete duties in the allotted time
- Facilitating classes and group sessions as defined by the curriculum and according to Spectrum standards
- Serving as a role model/mentor for offenders while maintaining professional boundaries
- Consistently arriving for work on time and adhering to the program's attendance policies
