Role:

Under general supervision but following established policies and procedures serves as a Apple Financial Sales Assistant who will provide support to financial advisors. Must maintain a thorough knowledge of all investment products/services offered by Apple Financial Services LLC. Support two financial advisors.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Support the production of two assigned financial advisors.
• Provide the client with specific production information, research information or any other such information pertaining to securities transactions in which the client wishes to perform or is considering to perform
• Follows up on all referrals for assigned financial advisors.
• Call and schedule appointments for advisors from maturing CD list and large balance list.
• Calls Financial Advisors existing book of clients to schedule annual reviews.
• Helps financial advisors clear branch trade reports.
• Place trades as needed (must be properly licensed)
• Handle client funds and securities, including electronic fund transfer or journal from client account.
• Prepares, composes, and initiates correspondence, memoranda, presentation material and advertising for the financial advisors.
• Open accounts for new financial advisor clients as well as update client information.
• Prepare reports as needed for financial advisors (must have strong Excel skills and understand how to create formulas).
• Consistently renders exceptional member service internally and externally. Communicate with members in a positive manner both in person and/or by telephone.

Education and Experience:

• BA or BS preferred or two years of sales or service experience in financial/banking.
• Previous investment experience a plus
• Life and Health License and/or securities are required at hire date or must be obtained within two years of employment

• Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
