Production Coordinator

Performs all administrative duties required to convert engineering data into shop fabrication data to communicate to the production line what needs to be manufactured.

* Performs all clerical tasks associated with releasing a job into the shop

* Creates applicable cut lists, bunking lists, fabrication drawings and electronic files necessary to operate the shop floor and the computerized manufacturing equipment.

* Creates job folders, Generates the shop drawings by work center

* Batches jobs and creates cutting reports

* Simultaneously creates the automated saw files and projection fabrication files

* Releases job to production team, Updates scheduling status

* Edits work order in On-Line Software for shop labor totals

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 18 months of truss fabrication experience.
