The Product Support Specialist provides best-in-class technical field support to Iteris customers of detection and ITS equipment. This position will require the employee to deploy and troubleshoot Iteris ITS equipment at the customer site. The product support specialist also provides training to agency personnel as well as contractors and end users.
What you will be doing:
- Support the installation and setup of Iteris Vantage detection equipment
- Provide troubleshooting support when needed
- Support the installation and setup of certain 3rd party ITS equipment
- Provide training on support equipment; travel within the territory typically >75% [IL, IN, IA, OH]
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Minimum of 3 years of field-level technical support of intersection traffic equipment (cabinets, controllers, detection, peripherals)
- IMSA Level II certification or equivalent
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Clean driving record
Iteris anticipates paying between $75,000 and $83,000 for this role. However, actual pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience.
