PCS has since grown into a $37B business and its 40+ Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) advise over 2,000 high-net worth individuals and families, about 20% of whom are CG associates.

The Outsourced Advisory Solutions team is responsible for enabling and enhancing connectivity between PCS and Capital Group's expansive Advisor and Wealth Management networks, leveraging the unique capabilities, resources and expertise to the benefit of our partners and their Ultra High Net Worth (U/HNW) clients.

As the HNW Strategic Partner Lead you will be responsible for accelerating sales through directing Capital Group's relationship with key distribution firms by delivering High Net Worth thought leadership, securing new firm to firm partner relationships, and developing strategic plans to further support our broad business to business relationships with broker dealers and RIAs.

You will partner closely with our National Accounts team, bringing the infrastructure of our 50-year Private Clients business to key strategic distribution partners. You excel at leveraging centers of influence relationships to gain access at the home office level, you have experience in the High-Net-Worth space, and you are comfortable in a long, complex sales cycle.

You're motivated by setting goals and measuring your performance against them. You've always considered yourself a people person. You pride yourself on building meaningful relationships and establishing trust. You embrace collaboration and regularly contribute in group discussions, which helps you work skillfully with other senior sales force colleagues to identify opportunities for better investor outcomes.

  • You have a degree in finance, economics, statistics or a relevant field of study.
  • You have experience in third party distribution within asset management and you have broad knowledge of mutual funds, SMA's and retail platforms.
  • You have experience in National accounts or B2B
  • You've developed and executed on a business plan for key intermediaries or broker/dealer firms.
  • You've fine-tuned your communication style to influence a variety of personalities.
  • You demonstrate intellectual curiosity and analytical skills.
  • You will help and assist with Capital Group's Outsourced Advisory development initiatives.


Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
