Role Description

Form Energy is hiring a Technical Program Manager to oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Form Energy ERP system. Reporting into the Software and Analytics organization, you will work closely with stakeholders, including the executive team, department managers and end-users, to launch and maintain an ERP system that meets the organization's requirements and objectives and supports data-driven decision making and world class, optimal operations. You will be responsible for the implementation of the ERP system within budget, on schedule, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. This opportunity is based out of Form Energy's Eighty Four, PA or Weirton, WV facility. Relocation assistance is available.

What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with a large set of stakeholders, including department managers in finance, procurement, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, people ops, sales and BD, IT, software and platform engineering, and end-users, to ensure the ERP system meets the organization's requirements and objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, communicate project updates, and manage expectations to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Manage and deliver robust technical solutions.

  • Be responsible for the architecture, planning and implementation of Form Energy ERP system, including standard and custom-made modules as required and a system that will scale and grow with the growth of the organization

  • Lead the selection of and manage the relationship with external ERP implementation contractors. Ensure that deliverables meet quality, budget and schedule targets.

  • Work with the IT and software and platform engineering teams to assure that the ERP system is functional, reliable, secure and seamlessly integrated with Form Energy custom software applications and data warehouse.

  • Work with the manufacturing execution system (MES) teams to assure that the interfaces between ERP, MES and PLM (product lifecycle management) systems meet stakeholder requirements.

  • Develop and monitor progress of ERP project plan, proactively identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.

  • Develop comprehensive change management plans that include stakeholder engagement, communication, and training to ensure that end-users are prepared for the new system's features.

  • Develop training materials and end-user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system.

  • Ensure ERP compliance with applicable regulations and implement the necessary controls and processes to maintain compliance.

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of experience.

  • Demonstrated performance in project management of ERP implementation and maintenance in innovative, fast moving enterprises.

  • Good familiarity with ERP systems, vendors, work flows, implementation methodologies and contractors.

  • Specific knowledge of the Oracle ERP ecosystem is a must.

  • Experience implementing ERP for manufacturing businesses strongly preferred.

  • Excellent knowledge of project management tools and software.

  • Experience working with and project managing across diverse teams, supervising multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail.

  • Independent contributor and generous team player.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
