JOB TITLE: Director - {[DB7440456]}

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. seeks a Director in New York, NY to originate, underwrite and risk manage loan positions to digital infrastructure, with a particular focus on cold storage and other non-traditional real estate assets. Requires a Master's Degree in Finance or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of experience originating, structuring, and underwriting financing transactions for corporate, sponsor-backed, venture-backed and founder-led borrowers within Technology, Software, Communications and Digital Infrastructure; serving as an underwriter deploying the company's balance sheet to finance companies within the digital infrastructure sector, including data center, fiber/cable, and wireless connectivity areas, and syndicating that risk to other active lenders; conducting evaluation and screening of new transactions; overseeing and conducting detailed due diligence including financial modeling, risk analysis, market research and credit proposals; presenting proposed transactions to investing committees, securing risk approvals, and reviewing marketing material including investor memos and marketing term sheets to lead syndication efforts; leading multiple work streams and coordinating with internal and external counterparties/service providers; maintaining active relationships with industry players and lenders to syndicate underwritten risk; and overseeing and monitoring ongoing performance of portfolio, maintaining active dialogue with borrowers and staying ahead of any potential credit events. Salary: $350,000.00 - $500,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
