SUMMARY OF POSITION:

A Treasury Management Advisor should demonstrate commitment to delivering distinctive service. The position provides distinctive service to our clients by meeting with business prospects and clients to introduce them to Pinnacle Treasury Management services. Assist associates by providing education about Treasury Management services and resolving service issues to help minimize client impact. Ensure that all client documentation needed to begin any Treasury Management service is complete and accurate and coordinate implementation with Treasury Management Analysts.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone. Respond to client inquiries and satisfactorily resolve client issues. Support firm-wide achievement of the three-ring standard (all phones answered by a live person within three rings).
  • Assist Financial Advisors. Identify Treasury Management solutions for business clients and prospects that will contribute to deposit growth for Pinnacle.
  • Prepare proposals. Present information in an accurate and professional manner to clients and prospects related to the Treasury Management services that provide the best solutions for their situation.
  • Implement services in an accurate and timely manner. Work with Treasury Management Analysts and Operations areas to get services implemented in accurate and timely manner.
  • Meet all the client's financial needs, both business and personal, and refers clients to other specialty areas such as Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management, etc. as appropriate.
  • Assist other team members as needed to ensure delivery of distinctive service.

DESCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

  • College degree is preferred - finance or business-related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services - primarily in Treasury Management related areas (Account Analysis, ACH, Lockbox, Online Banking, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit, Sweep, Wire Transfer).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or related software.
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, and/or operations.
  • Knowledge of federal banking regulations related to treasury management specifically with Check 21, NACHA rules and Guidelines.
  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional), or other relevant professional certification, or progress toward certification - preferred.

  • Effective interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks.
  • Excellent client service skills. Tact and diplomacy in dealing with both clients and associates.
  • The physical activities of this job include but are not limited to the ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time, use of manual dexterity, verbal communication, visual acuity, repetitive motion, and the ability to hear. Often long periods of mental concentration are required. Other activities are the ability to bend, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull, lift, and grasp.
