* High School diploma or GED equivalent and 3 years experience in the food services industry preparing large quantities of food in a cafeteria, restaurant, or institutional setting; or any combination of experience, education or training that would provide the level of knowledge, skill and ability required. Must have knowledge of nutrition, portion control and requisitioning.
. Must have Serve Safe Certification.
. Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
. Be able to work with homeless individuals with substance abuse and/or mental health disorders.
. Very good analytical and organizational skills.
Scope:
* Must be available for local travel.
* Possess manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
. Frequent talking and listening.
. Requires the ability to lift, carry, fold, kneel, reach, stack, stoop, climb stairs and bend which include direct intervention with clients.
. May require crisis intervention in emergency situations.
. May stand for extended periods of time.
. Requires lifting and/or carrying up to a maximum of 50 lbs.
. Must be available to work flexible hours, in accordance with client needs and scheduling.
. May be required to report to work during emergencies including inclement weather.
