Job Objective
The Senior Communication Manager will support the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO) with its core mission including the advancement of the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Data Strategy.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain executive communications, including executive-level memoranda.
  • Develop/support customization of communication products for specific stakeholder groups (officers, analysts, supervisors, leadership).
  • Develop and implement strategies to communicate implementation goals and objectives to stakeholders across USCIS.
  • Assist and support Communities of Practice (COP) that support and advise on data strategy implementation.
