Summary
The IS Systems Educator is responsible for training end users on multiple technologies utilized by Lee Health staff, students, providers, and other customers. Examples of these technologies include EHR and technical applications. Additionally, the IS Systems Educator is responsible for maintaining and updating training materials, working within training environments, and participating as subject matter expert. The educator will also be responsible for training & support, including: software implementation/upgrade support, providing education in alignment with policies, training material development via multiple methods, and serving as a contributing member of assigned projects.
This position requires excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical ability, problem solving, willingness to seek input from others, and time management. Serves as a collaborative team member in the areas of work ethic, values, and customer service while demonstrating genuine concern for staff, patients and the community. Develops and maintains effective relationships and communications with leaders, technical/application teams and external customers.
Ambulatory Clinical training and support for LPG Ambulatory Providers, Nurses, MAs, and Managers. Travel required.
