However, any non-permanent employee hired to work 30 or more hours per week for three months or more (cumulative of all positions, and not designated as variable hour worker), must be offered the chance to enroll in the High Deductible Health Plan, within 30 days of their eligibility. Any non-permanent employee hired to work less than 30 hours per week (cumulative of all positions, or designated as variable hour worker - i.e. student workers) are measured during designated measurement periods. If they average 30 or more hours per week over a designated measurement period, they will be offered the chance to enroll in the High Deductible Health Plan, and will be notified of instructions.

Minimum Experience/Education
Bachelor's degree
Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education:
  • Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to interact and communicate clearly with donors and constituents.
  • Ability to lift and move objects and equipment up to 20 lbs.
  • Excellent time management skills are necessary to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
  • Valid driver's license required.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary first contact for current and prospective 49er Club members via phone and email communication.
  • Carry a small portfolio of transactional annual giving donors with the goal to develop. relationships and move them through the donor pipeline.
  • Assist in the identification and research of potential donor prospects.
  • Assist with management of the benefit fulfillment process.
  • Maintain 49er Club social media accounts and update 49er Club website as needed.
  • Assist with special events and provide support on game days throughout the year.
  • Assist with the Niner Varsity Club and Young Alumni giving programs.
  • Provide innovative ideas to increase brand recognition, membership numbers and overall giving.
  • Assist donors with the purchase and allocation of tickets and parking for football, basketball, and baseball.
  • Use of the Paciolan system and related CRM for customer order entry, payment processing, and fulfillment.
  • Required training in Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards, security awareness, and other University policies.
  • NCAA policy compliance.
  • Game day ticket operations at various hosted events.
  • Provide high levels of customer service.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
