Employees will be direct point of contact for senior Medicare advantage patients. They will work closely with physicians and clinical administrators to ensure candidates are getting needed heath screenings and scheduled appointments. They will help in reducing cost of care and improving health care outcomes for patients.
This position is full-time. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 4682 McDermott Rd., Suite 100, Plano, TX, 75024.
We offer 2 weeks of paid on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.
