As Project Coordinator you will be a significant part of our real estate and development project teams supporting our PMs on exciting projects! To be successful as a Project Coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, keep projects well organized, and have outstanding communication skills. You have to work closely with various internal departments and external entities to ensure smooth and timely execution of project tasks. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, diligent and has a can-do attitude.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with commercial or industrial construction projects
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, diligent and pays acute attention to detail
  • Proven document management skills
  • Outstanding problem solving and multitasking skills
  • Effective working both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work cross functionally with other departments to achieve goals
  • Customer-focused, collaborative and an excellent teammate
  • Knowledge in project management methodologies and scheduling
  • Direct experience looking after sensitive and confidential information with integrity a plus


Description

- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project - Coordinating, attending and participating in partner meetings - Documenting meetings and following up on important actions and decisions - Preparing vital presentation materials for meetings - Crafting statements of work (SOWs) - Raising of purchase requests and tracking of customer approvals - Invoice reviews and reconciliation - Leading of all project documentation including filing, auditing, and record archiving - Develop a deep knowledge of internal department guidelines and policies - Work directly with vendors, contractors, PM teams, property managers, landlords and Finance to keep projects on schedule - Assist PMs and business leaders on recurring financial updates and reports - Responsible for business system data input and integrity - Providing administrative support as needed

Education & Experience

Bachelor degree in business or related field of study

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $82,400.00 and $124,600.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
