Are you interested in selling a disruptive emerging technology that aims to keep kids out of the OR? The Business Development Manager BDM will be responsible for driving sales revenue and exceeding quota for Tula tympanostomy system, by working in partnership with defined S+N ENT sales executives and territories.

What will you be doing?

  • The BDM will help define and develop new business opportunities for Tula and drive them to adoption as part of a team driven environment. Individuals will exhibit strong clinical excellence, stay current on product, programs and competitive knowledge, and be able to address situations quickly, directly and without hesitation.

  • Candidate will have experience and be comfortable in the hospital and office-based settings and be creative in their problem solving. BDM will develop key relationships through frequent and routine customer visits, product demonstrations, product in-services, and procedural observation/support. Relationships must be established with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, office staff, and Materials Management.

  • Tula is a pediatric procedure where the patient is awake and parent is present, therefore comfort and familiarity with children and their emotional states is required.

  • Candidate will manage their territory with integrity and in accordance with our Code of Conduct.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Education: bachelor's degree required

  • Experience: 3 years' experience in B2B sales, with 2+ years' experience in pharma or medical device applications preferred.

  • Leadership if any: this is an individual contributor role.

  • Travel Requirements: 50%+ with overnight stays required.

  • Location: located within territory - Chicago, IL

All field sales and or marketing professionals that are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role, must successfully complete our credentialling process, which often includes COVID 19 vaccine management.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $86,250.00 - $95,000.00 USD annually in addition to a variable commission component. The compensation offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications. You are entitled to benefits, which may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, and a variety of wellness offerings.
