Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a Management Analyst IV - Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Manager to provide data analysis, complex problem-solving, and leadership supporting the execution of a large size, multi-year contract to the Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army (IPPS-A) Army Military Payroll (AMP). Nakupuna Consulting is extending contingent offers for this effort in anticipation of contract award, which is expected in May of 2024. The CDRL Manager will serve as an expert-level business analyst by analyzing organizational frameworks, identifying weak points, and proposing improvements around the management of CDRL artifacts for the contract. The CDRL Manager will then measure the effectiveness of the improvements in execution. The CDRL Manager will be responsible for overall management of the process and coordinating with all CDRL POCs both from the contractor team and Government, ensuring CDRLs are delivered to the Government that are high quality and on time, and producing any CDRL related data reports to the Program Manager as well as the Army client. Mentorship of junior staff-members will also be an element of this position, and the CDRL Manager should be willing to collaborate and coach team members across the AMP program.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 6 or more years of experience within the federal government, DoD, Army, or IC and/or private sector preferred. PeopleSoft, Workday, or other ERP experience a plus.

Clearance Requirements: This position requires a current Secret clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
