DSA is seeking a highly qualified DevOps Engineer with an active secret clearance to join our team remotely.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- At least 5 years' experience supporting large scale and complex systems in a distributed environment using various programming languages (including Java) and virtualized platforms
- Ability to support manual deployment into development, test, and then production environments while progressively automating the process
- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, and Terraform CDK (CDKTF)
- Familiarity with cloud networking principles, web application servers, Solr, Accumulo and Hadoop.
- Ability to maintain technical documentation
- Experience with Python
- BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, experience may be substituted for degree.
Desired Qualifications
- DoD 8570 IAT / IAM Level II Certification (Security+)
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
Key Responsibilities
The DevOps Engineer will provide Engineering, Software, and Installation support. They will maintain a software suite in an operational and production capable state, create software patches or enhancements, ensure conformance with security scans, resolve system performance issues, track issues in a shared system, investigate defect problem areas, support product demonstrations, support integration events and support testing activities that lead to a successful software release. This program supports a critical mission requirement utilizing new technologies (Cloud, AI/Client, Data Science).
