The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing and ensuring site and office safety, and has strategic knowledge of the day-to-day execution for their assigned project(s) including managing, coordinating, and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and personnel to ensure the work is completed on time, within budget, while adhering to Webcor's quality standards and client satisfaction.Previous experience in federal project management is required.
Candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive background check and obtain approval from NAWS China Lake to access the base premises.
This position is based on site at NAWS China Lake, where a camp facility is available for accommodation. Additionally, there is a generous weekly living allowance, and a stay bonus upon completion.
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Presumes all technical experience requirements of a Project Manager, and includes:
- Thorough knowledge of Prime Contract and contract types: Includes lump sum, GMP, hard bid, negotiated, design-build, etc.
- Strategic knowledge of cost control, budgeting, billing, and forecasting.
- Familiarity of all aspects of building to include site work, structure, finishes, envelope, MEPS.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically, 10 years managing complex construction projects.
- LEED AP and/or GA preferred.
- OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 preferred). If not already certified, Webcor will provide training.
Range of base pay is $160,000-$193,500. Actual pay is based on individual skill level and experience.
