Job Description
Vaco is partnering with a Private Equity-Backed Healthcare center based in Cherry Creek to find a Senior Accountant to add to its growing team! The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting and will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Position:Senior Accountant
Company Profile: Medical Services
Location:Cherry Creek - HYBRID Option - 3 days in office
Expected Compensation:$90 - $120K + full benefits


Responsibilities:
  • Support the Controller with all aspects of timely month-end close and financial reporting activities in accordance with GAAP.
  • Timely management of all expenses across multiple platforms.
  • Reconciliation of all bank, intercompany and balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare payroll entries while working with payroll team to resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare journal entries and analyze account balances and financial statements.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years previous experience as an Accountant/ Senior Accountant with a company that has multiple entities and revenue exceeding $100M
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles
  • Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
  • Must be an expert in Excel
  • Advanced experience in NetSuite or Intacct.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
