The Clinical Supervisor works collaboratively with the Women's Justice Programs leadership team. The Clinical Supervisor ensures quality service and high professional standards by demonstrating advanced clinical practices, provision of clinical supervision and case consultation, developing a continuous learning environment, disseminating evidence based practices, developing self and employees for success and high performance, and leading quality performance initiates.
Clinical Supervisor oversees an adult outpatient CCBHC team with a focus on female consumers with justice involvement, substance use, mental health and co-occurring disorders.
