We are seeking Member driven candidates with a high level of attention to detail for the position of Deposit Products Specialist.

This role is responsible for administering deceased, dormant, Power of Attorney and escheated Member accounts while ensuring regulatory compliance and providing excellent Member service.

Key Job Functions:

  • Serves as the liaison for IRA Administration and the credit union's check order processor.
  • Provides excellent Member Service to prospective and current credit union Members; and engages in proactive consultative conversations to identify Member needs and cross sell products and services.
  • Processes IRA transactions, transfers, distributions, RMD disbursements, and Member notices accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Reviews existing departmental processes and makes recommendations to enhance efficiency and Member service.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • One year to three years of similar or related experience.
  • A high school education or GED.
  • Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs., as needed, and requires extended periods of sitting and/or standing and to be able to use PC, copier, scanner, fax, etc.
