Who We Need
Model Based System Engineer (Cameo Enterprise Architect) and Program Manager (PM) to lead a team to support an enterprise-wide design of the United States Marine Corps Supply Military Occupational Specialties. The PM will lead a team of specialists who will develop business narratives and rules to enable systems modeling to guide the USMC path towards a consolidated workforce. This is a remote position with expected travel not to exceed 25%.
This leader will be responsible for interacting with senior clients and distilling/communicating complex topics effectively to enable functional leaders to make decisions. This leader will also be responsible for providing day-to-day guidance to a large project team to ensure resources are productively applied and client objective outcomes are achieved.
This position will also be responsible for business operations. The Manager is responsible for spend plans, invoices, team time and expenses, team Personal Development Plans, raise bonus and promotions recommendations, hiring, and other management-related activities. This individual will also be responsible for business development and Bid/Proposal activities to include advising clients on how to resource to achieve their objective outcomes and preparing draft contract package inputs to include cost estimates and recommended task language. The Manager will be expected to maintain and evolve a business pipeline.
This position will require forward thinkers that are self-starters with the ability to think beyond status quo and ensure client solutions establish a foundation for long-term digital engineering evolution.

Your Qualifications
Required
- Experience with Digital Engineering technologies
- Bachelor's Degree
- US Citizen
- Ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance
