Supplier Marketing Manager

Summary / Position Purpose:
The Supplier Marketing Manager is responsible for engaging with TestEquity's key suppliers to develop marketing strategies and marketing plans to promote their products. This position supports suppliers in a manner which ensures total quality and effective customer service. This position will be responsible for assisting and expanding the business opportunities with these suppliers. In addition, this position may be required to perform duties as assigned to support the needs of the supplier marketing team.

Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day priorities with digital supplier campaigns
  • Develop supplier relationships and product marketing initiatives that provide unique advantages to our suppliers and customers
  • Ensure we are considered the preferred marketing partner for suppliers and the premier product source for our customers
  • Drive the process with multiple departments and suppliers to plan, launch, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the digital marketing plan
  • Explore new product marketing opportunities that support strategic initiatives through strategy meetings with Suppliers Review metrics and adjust strategies and tactics to increase engagement and conversion
  • Oversee execution of supplier digital marketing, PR, social media, product marketing, and brand strategies
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails
  • Assist with the planning and execution of email marketing programs and triggered email campaigns
  • Support traditional marketing projects like events and creative development as needed
  • Maintain partnerships with media vendors
Qualifications & Experience

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • B.A. or higher education level
  • 2+ years of paid media experience, LinkedIn preferred
  • Must be comfortable in various settings, from analyzing data to interacting confidently with senior management and suppliers in discussing strategy, marketing results, and creative solutions
  • Proven experience as digital marketer or similar role
  • Experience working with CRM and automations preferred
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, major social media and digital marketing platforms
  • Creativity with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
  • Excellent time-management, organizational skills, and multitasking ability

Physical Requirements:
