We have an opening for a Coordinator, Cash Receipts.

Under the direct supervision of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and indirectly to the Director, Client Finance, the Coordinator, Cash Receipts performs exchange/cost analysis, responds to client's audit requests, and posts daily cash receipts.

In this capacity, the Coordinator, Cash Receipts will:

  • Post and research cash receipts;
  • Prepare daily cash report and send to Management;
  • Respond to internal/external client inquiries;
  • Process client refunds in Chrome River;
  • Review outstanding check report;
  • Perform analysis/reconciliation of exchange and cost accounts;
  • Research system issues and open support tickets with all web-based AR programs;
  • Perform tests on all web-based upgrades and/or enhancements;
  • Analyze and resolve system-related issues and inquiries;
  • Audit and reconcile Accounts Receivable systems and processes;
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports required for analysis on special projects and/or upper management requests;
  • Work overtime as required, in particular at month end and year end; and
  • Handle additional related projects as assigned.

Proficiencies:

  • Advanced proficiency in accounts receivable systems (Elite is preferred);
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite applications, specifically MS Excel and spreadsheet/database applications;
  • Advanced knowledge of accounts receivable standards and procedures;
  • Advanced knowledge of general accounting and financial principles; and
  • Fundamental knowledge of cash management philosophies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred) or any Business related field;
  • At least 2 years of accounting or finance experience (required);
  • At least 2 years of accounts receivable experience (preferred); and
  • At least 2 years of experience in a professional services or legal environment (required).

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $50,600 and a maximum of $63,300 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
