Parametrix is seeking a NEPA Specialist/Project Manager to join our team in Boise, Idaho. This position has remote flexibility, coming into the office for client meetings, integration, and team connection. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NEPA Project Manager to join our established team in the Oregon/Idaho region and play a key role in supporting our transportation projects. Who you are:

Experienced: Bachelor's degree in environmental or biological sciences, planning, or similar. 8+ years of NEPA experience with a focus on transportation infrastructure.

Diligent: You will have the opportunity to lead planning services while partnering with other planners, scientists, and engineers. Job responsibilities include conducting NEPA analyses; leading and coordinating the preparation of EISs, EAs, categorical exclusions, and related environmental documentation; leading environmental permitting efforts; and developing documentation for a variety of projects throughout Oregon and Idaho.

Relationship-focused: This role will focus on project management and delivery, business development, and client development. Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, and the ability to partner with clients, agency staff, and co-workers are crucial.

Skilled in Project Management: Demonstrated experience and success in managing and delivering major tasks on projects as well as developing client relationships in collaboration with our existing team and marketing environmental planning services to current clients.

Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Parametrix offers competitive market compensation. Base salary for this position is in the range of $95,000-$125,000+. Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, location, and role. For all positions we conduct an equity review. Employee-owners are all eligible for performance-based bonuses based on key contributions. Salaries are reviewed at least once annually as part of our compensation program.
